Reply with quote | #1 | I'm doing pretty well backing Malaga. However I'm still very aware that I'm a Novice and so is he (Green on green........and all that!) I heard of a Parelli Trainer who specializes in colt starting in Wiltshire (Devizes)named James Roberts and went down to visit his new yard. He's only just moved in but it is very nice and I like his approach so I have booked Malaga in for the begining of July. __________________ God created all equines equal(He just trimmed the ears on the dumb ones) |

James is a superb colt starter, your baby will be in wonderful hands and well worth getting him there.
Look forward to your mails about his progress

Reply with quote | #6 | Dropped him off this afternoon James has been at Stoneliegh for the last few days but was back in time to meet me. Lovely set up.He floated round his field showing off!Didn't even bother saying goodbye! Got lost trying to find my way back round Swindon yet again! I said I wouldn't play anxious mum so I'll wait a few days before e-mailing him but he said I could visit whenever I wished. __________________ God created all equines equal(He just trimmed the ears on the dumb ones) |

Another two weeks for the assessment and then he'll advise me how much longer he might need and I can take my choice __________________ God created all equines equal(He just trimmed the ears on the dumb ones) |

Reply with quote | #15 | Great piccie's Jinglejoys,
What a good looking Mule Malaga is. So in proportion and handsome. Really looks like he's having fun with James. Ears forwards, stepping nicely...what a good mule you have and what a good colt starter James is.
Is James going to do some work with you and Malaga together towards the end of training?
